Palantir should worry us far more than Blackwater (or whatever they’re called these days).
Palantir (the extremely creepy surveillance company co-founded by Peter Thiel in 2003) has a stock market valuation that climbed from $50 billion a year ago to approaching $300 billion today — worth more than Verizon or Disney. Think of it as Blackwater but with computers instead of guns & armor.
