See that "After"? That's where you're getting that space. If you click the dropdown I've circled in the first image and choose "paragraph," you'll get a dialog box (pictured in the second image) where you can edit that down to 0.

Sorry for the delay. OK, right-click on that and go to Modify, and then in the little Format dropdown in the bottom left-hand corner, go to Paragraph. Make sure the "Indents and Spacing" tab is selected, and look at where it says Spacing down at the bottom, it looks like this. what does it say?

And, of course, that’s exactly what turns out to be the case. @linkedin.com’s automated systems determined that this solicitation complied with their ad policies, and frankly, I’m inclined to take them at their word — because otherwise, I’d have been able to report it appropriately.

Infuriatingly, you CAN report regular messages for violating this policy — I took this from the report screen from a normal message — you just can’t report ads for it. So I guess @linkedin.com is fine with people soliciting prostitution as long as they pay LinkedIn for the privilege?

I had to select “Sexual Content” instead, which didn’t seem like a good fit — that seems to be more geared towards dick pics etc. There wasn’t an option to add more context, either, I had to just click the box, send it out, and hope @linkedin.com could figure it out.

I went and looked up @linkedin.com’s Professional Community Policies, and they have this one, which pretty clearly covers the message I received. But when I clicked on the “let us know” link in the reporting screen, there was no option to select “Illegal or inappropriate commercial activity.”
