I think Dom does (partly!) learn as by the end he's no more secrets, including sharing those he could get away with. I say partly as his b/c tampering happens after Val shares how much secrets have hurt her in the past. That whole plot line has always seemed like it didn't really fit the story

As a huge fan of Dom, I loved this :) the secret part is a big plot piece but I haven't seen any other looks. I think this whole book is making a wider point about how secrets/silence F's up relationships (Val initial existance, Val unable to express herself, King not confessing abandoning Val etc)

Apologies about the unsolicited Internet advice, but I used to have the same issue (+ the masks irritated my skin). Something I started down is cutting myself a liner each night out of paper towel which meant any leaks were redirected from my eyes and that helped. Hope you find something that works!
