Another set of non-fiction titles I’d get for every school if I could is Owen Davey’s animal books for @flyingeyebooks.bsky.social. Crazy About Cats is my sons’ favourite but there’s a whole rand and they’re all excellent. I adore Owen Davey’s illustration style too. #NonFictionNovember #UKKidLit

Very pleased Ditching Saskia, a graphic novel by John Moore and Neetols is listed. It’s glorious. And Saskia herself is brilliant, one of those young girl characters who is properly rounded and a right little madam at times. @flyingeyebooks.bsky.social
