And it reminded me why I was taking contract jobs… so I could take the breaks I need to be happy and healthy. I wish more people could do this. 4 day / 32 hr work weeks would def help with burnout and life balance. But a big break is amazing!

Yes! Def want fully remote but happy to travel to be in a place/office for a like a week every 2-3 months.

Couple of us on the team got caught up in the layoffs you saw in the news. Some bs with it too. I took the summer to recharge and rest, spend time with family and friends… so that was silver lining.

Started job hunting a few weeks ago. It sucks but 🤷🏼‍♀️. Waffling on going contract or FTE.
