Vestibular disorders affect people's balance as well as their visual perception of their world around them. Don't make animations, sliders, videos, or rapid movement start automatically, as autoplaying elements could trigger a bad reaction in people who have vestibular disorders.

I'm often positive about the ADHD super powers and lean into the parts that allow me to do things that most people find very difficult. I love hobbies and being curious.
But some days I just can't. Beating myself up does not help. It's OK to accept when it's a disability and be kind to yourself.
