The idea that folks are like "well that wheelchair user must be Wrong, because they moved their legs" instead of like "Hmm what non-manipulative reasons could someone who can move their legs be using a wheelchair?"

Just fucking pisses me off.

I'd like kids. Realistically, I can't afford them as a disabled person - monetarily or physically. And that's not as dangerous or violating as forced sterilization - but it results in eugenics. and it hurts people.

I thought it was a very thoughtful piece. For many disabled women the barriers are innumerable - there's sterilization, but also enforced poverty, NO childcare help for those with limited mobility, no money for everything a child needs, v inaccessible disability repro services...
