Highly important to recognize the often unconscious behaviour even the slightest & unharmfully looking ones including jokes. You never know how much suffering, imposter syndrome, self-questioning & job quitting they can cause. Congrats CEC European Managers!

Sadly seeing that botanists and especially plant biology education and thus knowledge is slowly going extinct in a self-enhancing negative spiral/circle - alarmin in times when human civilization is dependent upon plants for survival.
