On that learning curve
I'm really struggling to pivot into this. It's unlike anything I've ever done before... It's all new, uncomfortable, difficult, and kind of terrifying. But thankfully I'm not alone in it, and the ATDM program is incredibly supportive. On the plus side, I have my own apartment for awhile!

You bet! I had a traditional tattoo apprenticeship from Feb-Nov(ish) which was a big learning experience. But I've been keeping up the studies ever since, not sure where it'll take me yet but I really enjoy the study. There's so much to learn and I'm super grateful for it all

- you can find the book at Belzel! But if you want a good introduction to Japanese Trad, Waboripedia! I think it's the best reference to start picking up on the mythology and rules of the style. I've been told it's all about knowing the history and developing taste, it's like learning a language :)

Hey thanks so much!!! I needed that reminder ❤️ I pull most of my reference from books, right now I'm focusing on learning the Traditional styles so I'm literally just tracing and copying flash sheets. This is from Ed Hardy! They just put out a great book of some of his flash sheets -
