Cedric is *very* good at forgeries apparently (thanks nat 20 roll!) - likely from having to doctor far too many documents for his employer.
I imagined that Elliott is wanting to change up his brother’s will for ~reasons~.

So Cedric’s construct pal Elswyth sacrificed themselves to protect Cedric and the party vs a real powerful mage who was about to fireball a bunch of them.
It was a very tearful goodbye (and this is where we LEFT the session on…)

So Cedric’s construct pal Elswyth sacrificed themselves to protect Cedric and the party vs a real powerful mage who was about to fireball a bunch of them.

Also, they keep having him do crimes. This time they had him forge legal documents to get out of town unnoticed.
My boy is VERY GOOD at forging apparently.
