Im a mortgage underwriter... only people with legal residency can qualify for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Non conforming, USDA, HELOCs, etc. Etc. Loans... when is some reporter gonna just stop them and say wait, what...not even possible my dude and call Bullshit???
