Last spring I saw that a maintenance crew had cleared branches from the pool where spotted salamanders congress, & egg masses were crowded onto one small twig! So this winter I threw in a bunch of fallen branches to improve this #habitat. Hope this helps! #amphibians #kidlit #ecology #conservation
