I cannot like this principle enough.

I totally respect people's electoral choices & support them voting in whatever way allows them to sleep well at night.
I don't tend to unquestioningly do or say, or not say, what everyone else does. As such, people who want to vote for me are willing to look below the surface & see the unexpected.

Convoy energy returns to Vancouver! Canadian flags, honking... great to see people defending their country. I just hope their bank accounts don't get frozen.

This is listed in the Vancouver Plan as one of the challenges that Vancouver faces. I'm not sure it captures all of what makes all Vancouverites feel similarly unsafe. No one, no matter what their race, occupation, or collegiality, feels safe with escalating levels of random criminal violence.
