I nalbound a hat to go with the wristwarmers. The ombré effect is achieved by using 3 thinner yarns and slowly shifting out one of threads at a time. 🧶

I found a Grå Nisse sweater at a thrift store about 15 years ago but it was too small for my girls. I finally got around to reclaiming the wool from it. The sweater was worked with triple yarn which I split and nalbound this cowl:

Landslide upon landslide. There are lots of moss covered rocks, one of which is massively larger than the tres behind it. Landslide fences are being installed to minimize the amount of rocks that reach the highway. The highway, E16, is the main route across Norway between Oslo and Bergen The fences are being mounted but have not been yet uncoiled.

Gudvangen is a deep valley in Norway and there isn’t much space for houses. The houses are built as close to the mountains as they can get. This house has active avalanches on both sides of it, but the location is stunning!
