We cultivated and isolated large number of bacteria from gut samples that were stored in preservation solutions and that were frozen for 2 months.

We cultivated and isolated large number of bacteria from gut samples that were stored in preservation solutions and that were frozen for 2 months.
Some of the preservation solutions contained components that can reduce microbial growth at room temperature or that better protect microbial cellular integrity when freezing them down.
