I understand what Judge Xinis is doing. She is building a factual record so that that record will be crystal clear when this case gets back to the Supreme Court.

But I also know it is taking too long. Two weeks is too long.

According to KGTV San Diego, she was transported to a detention facility in Arizona where she was "wrapped in chains" and kept in a cell with 30 other people
