The shingles vaccine wasn’t fun. I don’t usually react to vaccinations, but did somewhat to this one. But far, far preferable to shingles itself. I’d do it 100x over, if necessary.

My 22yo makes a habit of not responding. I now make a habit of getting annoying.

If I don’t hear from mine after a few texts, I’ll send one specifically asking for a response. If nothing at that point, I call.

My daughter has an EDS dx and has one more test before a dx for POTS. She’s 22. I’m hypermobile (at the very least). My son checks all the boxes for EDS but no dx. My mom was hypermobile. Mom and I both with history of tendon tears. It’s disheartening.

That’s what I’ve been telling myself since 9am. 😂

Yeah, I need to find socks too. But first I need to get out of bed.
