I am, thanks. I just wanted you to know that you’re not alone. That was how I felt at my worst. It wasn’t true then and it’s not true for you either. We’re out here, others who know what you’re feeling.

I agree. Although you do have more engagement than I do. I had conversations on 🧵 but not on 🦋so far

This is a great photo. I too have depression issues and although some days it’s difficult to get motivated, a walk in the woods is always a mood lifter. Go touch a tree trunk and run your hands over a (soft needle) evergreen.
