Teresa Helm is a courageous Epstein survivor. Her testimony is valuable and proves once more that we should not trust Maxwell but rather believe the survivors who come forward despite their traumas. The least our society can do is to listen to them.

Every accusation trump makes is actually a confession. That’s why he calls other people “low IQ”. Because HE is. Ask him to take an IQ test and he’ll either cheat or fail. He has the mentality and sophistication of a 2nd grader. He puts ketchup on steak, just like a child. STOP NORMALIZING HIM.

That is it, I have a great idea to raise funds to help pay off the national debt. A live IQ test contest between Trumpy and Powell on PPV, $29.99 for the event both of them get the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale test and the tests are scored live after each question.

I tried another recipe I found online.. 0 fat protein yogurt, (siggis) one scoop of protein powder (chocolate), one tbsp chia seeds, and half a banana 🍌
It was fucking disgusting but according to My Fitness Pal, it was 217 calories and 20 grams of protein per serving. If you could stomach it. Haha

When i want to make healthy changes, it helps if I can stay accountable so this is my breakfast.. two eggs, one egg white, parsley, cilantro, and two slices of deli ham. One medium tomato. According to My fitness pal, this is 239 calories with 27 grams of protein.
