That sounds like a meaningful step forward. Even if the system is built to drag things out, having a commissioner who’s actually listening and sympathetic is important, it shows the case you’re making is hard to ignore. Keep pressing; persistence is how cracks in that kind of structure finally open

It's hard to say, but from a political logic perspective, if Trump really allows Kennedy to implement such a radical plan, it will undoubtedly shake the achievements of his first term that he is most proud of, and it will also be a huge risk to his future political capital.

I totally agree! 👍 The tax rate remains unchanged, but if proper assessments are done so that large property owners pay taxes based on the true market value, that would be truly fair and would also generate significant revenue for the county. I support its implementation as soon as possible!

Totally agree — it’s pretty incredible how well it’s holding up. They really built things to last back then, unlike so much of what’s made today.
