Handed in my bachelor thesis this week. I'm so glad it's done, writing scientific papers isn't really my greatest strength.

I had to give an important presentation at my university today. The only feedback I got? "I like your dialect."

RIP me I guess

Finally some snow that lasts for more than a day. Almost lost hope for this winter.

Ötscher, Austria (1893 m)

Now these are some of my favorites. The Ötscher is the highest mountain in the Mostviertel, so when you're on top of it, you're above everything around you. Including some clouds on that day.

December 1st and already every place is blasting Christmas songs non-stop. How am I supposed to survive this month?

Bavarian Forest, Germany

This area suffers from bark beetle infestation, which is why there are so many dead trees.

I have no idea where exactly I took these pictures, but they should all be from somewhere in the Allgäu, Germany. And yes, I like taking pictures of the Alps lol.

Nothing special today. But I thought it looked nice.

As promised, here are some pictures I took at the Bodensee.

The island is Lindau in Germany, the shore and the mountains (Alps) to the left are in Switzerland. I was standing in Austria when I took the picture.

That bird in the end. Damn it, I should have known. Runeterra just doesn't have normal birds anymore.

Last batch for today: Hochgrat (Bavaria, Germany) and surrounding area.

Below the fog in the first two pictures is the Bodensee.

Something that is really amazing to see is how a place changes in color and light when you visit it in different seasons. The following pictures were all taken at the Wildseemoor (Black Forest, Germany) over a span of 5 years.

This is in May 2024.

That feeling when you accidentally fall asleep in the afternoon, wake up and it's already dark outside. My entire perception of time is off. Like, is it still today? What month/year is it? Is my sleep cycle forever broken? Takes a whole hour for the effect to wear off and it's driving me crazy.
