Stopped by Bletchley Park earlier this year with @jon.inkle.co. Took a few snaps of the old machines. I love how the mechanisms work, but even after building TR-49 around Pemberton’s circuit diagrams, nothing quite lines up, even though the logic is mathematically sound and matches the Godot code.

Realy is a classic and the rule they set of 70/30 stuck with me for decades. 70% tall ships and old and 30% sci-fi on top. The idea of having off set rule to the inspirations behind the art style was new to me and something we should be seeing more off with other ideas mixed just right.

Like if my music-brain is jammed up, rather than slog it out, if I actually *stop* for a bit, the answer comes pretty quick
(usually when I'm having a bath or something, then it's a frantic scramble to get it out of my brain and into the world)
