This is from front page of AP today. I try with AP knowing that they've declined over the years but this headline is just pathetic even for them. The both sides of this is off the charts and completely ignores the elephant in the room.

And Johnson seems to be OK with that and is walking back the Republicans campaign promise of lowering food costs. They never intended to do anything because price gouging is working for their pocket.

Please provide where your data is from to back up these numbers. 2025 DoD base budget is approximately $849.8 billion. While I agree $130 million is a drop in the bucket, the $600 billion seems overstated.
