When I was a teenager, I was looking thru my dad's Stars and Stripes magazines. One had an army study of body and pubic hair in men. Oh lorty. They classified them during induction and had pictures of the differences. Oh lorty. Dreams for months. Almost enough to get me to join the army.

I used to escape to Bowen Island a lot. Many years ago. Visit friends and commiserate. The Gulf Islands are great too.

Lol, no, too far south on the southern shore to be Hilo. Oddly I don't see many lights in either Hilo or Kona but HNL is blazing.

James, the current loop (8/6) shows the start of the current eruption of Kilauea (I believe). But a couple of odd things near the crater are flashes in what might be Volcano town and an odd glowing area down west of Kalapana. Any idea what they might be? Thanks for the link.
