These flowers continue to amaze me. We've had several hard frosts, as well as one heavy sleet/hail/rainstorm, and yet they keep on blooming! 🌱

Flowers that have withstood two hard frosts include nasturtium, snapdragons, allysum asters, cosmos and zinnias. Haven't seen too many pollinators but hopefully hiding in the leaves. 🌱
A couple of purple asters still blooming among dried up flower heads. 3 Pink and yellow snapdragons peek above white sweet alyssum blooms. A bright red nasturtium bloom overhangs a cedar flower bed frame. Pink cosmos still blooming above red zinnias in the front. Japanese maple tree in the back is a beautiful reddish brown, contrasting with the green cedar along the right.

Front bed still going strong on the last day of September. Some plants are a bit weathered, but still lots of blooms and bees.🌱🐝

Was cleaning up a flower bed this afternoon and came upon a little surprise! Found this little flowering plant, and upon investigation, it seems to be an agastache! Perhaps a gift from birds? 🌱

My Woodland Sunflower gets infested with red aphids every year. I don't want to spray as I always find a ladybug or 2 feasting. I've tried blasting with water but aphids always return next day. Any other solutions? 🌱

Same bed, same angle. 2 months later. And the pollinators are happy!First picture taken May 25th. Second picture August 4th. 🌱
Garden bed with pink carnations, purple geraniums, orange poppies and yellow and purple irises in bloom. In the far back purple cat mint peeks over the rock border. Same bed 2 months later with red canna lilies towering over zinnias, red bee balm, purple asters, yellow pot marigolds, cosmos and blue flowering ground cover (I can't remember the name of). The milk weed in the front is anew addition which didn't bloom this year.

Here's what's still blooming at the start of December. We've had a couple of wet snow falls, but usually flowers are done by this time of year 🌱 #PNW gardening.
