Someone could ask a common sense question like "Why don't we just legalize marijuana?" and you have to explain to them that the alcohol industry would crash and burn overnight if that happened because of capitalism and it's the politician's job to preserve it at all costs 🙂

Dems supporting genocide wasn't a red line for liberals, but apparently Chuck Schumer caving on the shutdown is. The time to demand new leadership was in 2023 when Schumer and Jeffries went to the March for Israel and stood hand-in-hand with Mike Johnson and Ernst, chanting "We stand with Israel."
