I'm not saying people should ignore how they feel and look only on the 'bright side'. But, it DOES help here and there and can reduce anxiety surrounding those issues.

My favorite 'day to day' tea is called "Lady Londonderry" which is a black tea with strawberry bits, a hint of lemon, and sunflower and calendula petals.

It can be hard to express reasons to keep trying but I do honestly believe that it's the people that DO that make this world worth it. Because someone else keeps trying so do I and then I get to experience these beautiful moments of joy. You are worthy of that joy.
