Murder rates in Chicago are at their lowest in 60 years. Overall crime in Baltimore is down to its lowest level in 50 years. And crime in Washington, D.C. is down to its lowest level in 30 years. Obviously, the secret to lowering the crime rate are appropriately resourced Black mayors.
