I think that’s a wrap. My last few “maybe” queries have been rejected.
Since losing my agent, I feel like I’ve been adrift at sea, clinging to the wreckage after the shipwreck, trying to stay afloat until another ship comes along.
But perhaps it’s time to accept that there is no other ship coming.⚓️🏳️

Fun fact that coincides with the fact that there’s a fair bit of medical jargon in my writing.
Some of my knowledge comes from having been a patient more than I’d like, but most of my knowledge is professional. I’m a CMA, and have my BLS. Also trained in phlebotomy, and I never miss a vein.😜🩸🩺

As far as I know they utilized medication to reverse the issue, but slapped the shock pads on me in case my heart continued trying to cause trouble.😂🫀

I’m utterly confused. My CMA certification says it expires in 2028. I re-certified in April of last year, and for all the years I’ve held this certification, (first obtained cert in 2018) recertification has been required every two years. Anyone familiar with recent NHA changes?

This was hard… A few days ago I received a rejection that suggested I incorporate something that is already a major plot point in my story.

I’m out of surgery. My heart decided to misbehave a little while I was under anesthesia but they were able to correct it with medication and didn’t even have to use the de-fib. I’d call that a win!
