Yikes. Skull Merchant Kill Rate and overall use has dropped heavily. Looks like the Nerf is working to deter use. I think her pick rate now is purely people who main her, which is like... 10 of us. A year is going to be a very long time...

The Houndmaster is really cool! Sure, there's shadows of other killer powers here, but it's done extremely well. I love her perks too. Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass will have great synergy with Pop Goes the Weasel!
