Still mortified 8 months later that when I tried to ask a restaurant in Poland if the dish had ginger (I have an allergy) they had to call me back very confused why I asked for "no leaves". 🤦♀️

"What radicalized you?" Uh I dunno, my parents raised me to treat others the way I want to be treated and I took that to heart. How about, I watched Fern Gully at a formative age and realized the earth is our one and only home. I'm so tired of wanting people to be cared for being a radical idea.

My current book club book is The Invisible Life of Addie Laroue. We read to half way then meet to discuss theories then meet again after finishing. I can't put it down though! Stopping at half way is going to be so hard!

Book marketing pet peave: Can we stop advertising books by their tropes? It results in spoilers. I don't want to know it's enemies-to-lovers going in for example, it spoils it. I want to go in blind and be surprised by the development as it happens.
