That's the one I have, with the velcro loop at the bottom. I'm away till later this week and on my security cam I can see it's already blown off with just the velcro part holding to one of the legs from the weekend winds. It never goes that far though with all the trees around.

Exact same plans are about $250 more per month in Monroe Co. (Poconos) vs. Philly. Essentially same provider network (Jefferson), but yeah, fewer plans even offered up there.

I know those areas on the eastern side of the state pretty well, and I'm on a Pennie plan myself. It's interesting how it matches the geography a bit, like the old coal and mountainous areas are high. But yeah, demographics is prob the main thing. Ring counties of Philly are low, but Philly is high.
