I think wasting time is worse. We will all eventually run out of time, but I'd imagine the regret would be worse knowing that, when one had it, one didn't take advantage of the time they had.

I'd say go with the regular 16. If size is a consideration the Plus is just about as big as the Pro Max. Then you could possibly get the 256GB 16.
