Thank you :) Well, in Western countries maybe yes (depends). But in Ukraine a law company can charge 50$/h for Junior’s work and pay him monthly salary in ₴ based on country average/median. This is not fair. IT people earn in $ which is more stable than ₴, and it’s way more than the said median.

Switching career to IT is quite common in Ukraine, I jumped into early train of this tendency. And I regret nothing. Later this helped to relocate seamlessly when the war came to Kyiv
