Not to be outdone by Ken Paxton and his Tylenol lawsuit today. I give you the Texas Comptroller suspending the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) process in Texas.
Fun fact: HUB program was established in 1999 with SB 178 co-authored by REPUBLICAN Sen. Bill Ratliff and Sen. Royce West (D).
