You see this in things like 'Alpha School' where they teach your kid to be a psycho by having winner-take-all games for real money in pre-school, where you're supposed to be learning to not bite each other.

Berkeley Way is the better route because through traffic is blocked at two points.

They let these guys write airplane software.

I've long argued that I could auto-generate the narratives that the local historical society uses to dress up their landmark applications. Maybe the technology is ready and I should give it a whirl.

You can get damn near all the way to the airport on those things.

If you lived in a town that built literally nothing from 1970 to 2010, it would make more sense.

The landmarks have all been identified and designated. The continued operation of the process is a kind of bureaucratic cancer.

Isn't Texas also the state where you can just shoot anyone? Seems like that would be at least slightly complicating for this plan.

I am open to the idea that the pool equipment company has a novel and innovative air-water heat pump that is efficient and quiet. I'm not very receptive to the idea that AI was involved.

Indeed, I didn't see it in there either. The presenter seemed to be saying that was the state standard. I'm waiting for the video to be available so I can rewatch it.

I don't think SB-330 is a saving throw. It has just moved the battleground to buildings that anyone at BAHA even suspects of being developable, like ones where the owner dies, or someone buys it, or whatever.

Sure, will follow up there

@stephenjacobsmith.com local fire department is saying they are going to require fire service access elevators for higher than four stories, which seems kinda extreme. I thought these were only for 120 feet and up. How does that line up with other cities?

If your county is organized like mine, the county party central committee charters clubs, and the clubs are where you can just jump in as a rando.

I think it weight just a bit less than a rad wagon 5, though. The demand for 75-90lb family bikes seems to have been conclusively demonstrated (GSD, Rad, etc)

How is it possible for an electric bicycle to even function without a working speedometer?

Look at where that left the republic. I am not one of the people who celebrate Pelosi's career, and especially not the way it started as a patronage deal.

Anyway, the demographic circumstances of elected at 47 in 1988 were very different from today. These days millennials are the big generation.
