Yes, the NIH is *still* violating a court order and freezing funds for new and competitive awards.

But I guess the law is more guidelines than rules these days.

The Zelensky thing is very much like Trump's relationship with Fauci. The other guy was obviously right on the merits but positioning Trump to do something he didn't want to do, so Trump made them into a scapegoat. Then his base ran with it.

I’m the last person to cheer on the institutional stratification rising endowments have contributed to. But let me explain why this is not a solution.
