Nothing racist about it. It wasn’t even a joke about her working in McDonalds, the joke was her thinking that doing so changed her social class. The statement that was actually bigoted was her original remark which essentially shows she thinks only working class people can work in McDonalds.

It’s December 1st and we should all pay homage to Rosa Parks today. On this day in 1955 she decided not to give her seat up on a bus in Alabama, and well the rest is history. We are all going to need to channel our Rosa Park’s for the next four years! Thank you Rosa for showing us how to #Resist

In 1890, the X and Y chromosomes were discovered. It was found that the men who were tested had 46 chromosomes, including an X and a Y, while women who were tested also had 46 chromosomes, including 2 X chromosomes.
So obviously the conclusion was that the Y chromosome defined masculinity.

It did occur to me that the sort of small “Rise at Dawn, work all day” farmer that the media would like to cast as victims here rarely have knighthoods…
Now maybe this is a different John Kemp-Welch… but in that case it’s a big coincidence that another 88 year old John Kemp-Welch managed to be chair of the London Stock Exchange from 1994 to 2000
