What a failure. Rei has lost my support. I’ve been loyal for years. Now they cancel my trip scheduled to start injustice two weeks. They are not the company I thought they were. All my outdoor equipment is from them. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible corporate decision. My trip scheduled to start I. 2 weeks just canceled. Communications from rei abysmal. Terrible customer support. I will not purchase from this company again.

How disappointing to have my trip canceled with almost no notice. I will not shop at rei again. I was a very loyal customer.

rei cancels a trip I had scheduled to start in 2 weeks. That they’ve made this decision with no notice is about the poorest example of customer support I have ever experienced. I am a loyal rei customer. Have their credit card and buy all my outside equipment from them. NEVER AGAIN.
