The car in the middle had its engine running for some time, (taxi) driver inside. I asked him why. "It powers the WiFi," he replied. 20 minutes later, I walked past again. Engine still running. Imagine running a whole diesel engine to watch TikTok videos.

South Africa needs annual and/or random emission checks for all vehicles. This is not acceptable and should not be tolerated.
