Yup, family verdict "looks like mud, tastes amazing". No leftovers. Not sure putting in a bowl with chives and a drizzle of cream helped. LOL Love the zero waste, wish it looked nicer.

Ok, so Potato Peel Soup ... tastes delicious. I added cream-style corn, sour cream, cheddar and lots of spices. Looks like ... well, let's say it tastes a lot better than it looks.
Big pot of potato peel soup on the stove. Looks like liquid compost, tastes surprisingly delicious, especially when dipping bread into it. Thrifty, tasty, really ugly ....
