The CRA couldn't identify any disbursements to their Israeli intermediary. Most funds for “foreign activities” were sent to individuals in Canada and deposited in Canadian accounts.

First up, Colel Chabad Lubavitch Foundation of Israel. The TL;DR (too long; didn't read):
The CRA identified a “donation scheme” where donations receipts were sold to donors for 10-20% of the total receipt value.

The main section here is "Additional Details" which reads: While the charity’s President claimed ignorance, the Secretary (and his brothers) were involved in a wider, international, narco-trafficking / money laundering scheme. The charity’s role is uncertain. The scam totaled at least $2.67 million. Colel Chabad claimed they were victims and placed sole blame on their Israeli intermediary, Moshe Deutsch. Deutsch claimed ignorance. And despite the accusations, Deutsch remained Colel Chabad’s Israeli agent. CRA found the charity failed to maintain direction and control over the dispersal of funds by Deutsch." With the source: Howe & Sylvestre’s 2025 article “Burner Charities and Big Gifters“. The last section is "Conclusions" which reads: Colel Chabad stopped filing tax returns in 2015. In 2022, the Federal Court of Appeal upheld the revocation. However, Colel Chabad continued as a not-for-profit federal corporation until it was dissolved for non-compliance in May 2025. CRA filings (2003–2024) show over $10 Billion missing in discrepancies between what charities report giving and receiving. Nearly 100,000 charities report discrepancies, including organizations that support Israel’s apartheid, occupation, and genocide.

On Monday November 17, the UN Security Council voted in favour of the US drafted resolution on Gaza. The US is now essentially an occupying power in Gaza.

Herut Canada was initially registered as a charity in January 2021, its roots with the pre-Israeli state Irgun terror group. They market themselves as a proud Zionist organization. Their long list of activities includes support for the IOF and "practical Zionism" (aka settlement)
