I would agree it's an excuse if she wasn't willing to take accountability for her own actions. She said she was willing to do that and has done that in her conversations with Leah. We can agree to disagree.

She is unable to take accountability for anything she says or does and holds people to a higher standard than she even holds herself.

I think what Chelsie was saying is that anything that happened in that house, she is not going to hold people to. She is going to allow them to show her who they are in reality vs. a game setting. She also said she would be willing to talk and clear the air and apologize to anyone who wants to talk.
