An AutoChair hoist repair. A nice customer needed this working again so he could lift his mobility scooter in and out of his car so I said I'd take a look.

My camera-only setup was ok for most things but the camera doesn't have depth perception like a stereo 'scope does, making some jobs really frustrating and unnecessarily fiddly.
I can still use my camera for recording and board inspection.

Some laptop fans (especially older ones) can be serviced with new lubricant but many cannot. We wish more manufacturers would make things serviceable.

We also take on some solder jobs for other devices. Here a new 26-pin data socket is being soldered to a vehicle diagnostic tool for a local auto mechanic. He was very happy to get it back working again as new diagnostic units are quite expensive.
