🏡 It’s time to end fleecehold for good

Too many homeowners are being hit with unfair estate management fees and hidden charges — even though they’ve bought their homes outright.

In Parliament, I made clear this broken system, known as "fleecehold", must stop.

I told @LBC that while the Caerphilly result was disappointing, Reform being pushed into second place shows voters are rejecting the politics of division.

People want fairness, progress and delivery — and that’s where Labour🌹 must lead.

Fascinating visit to the Rio Tinto Lithium site in Bromborough, previously part of Arcadium Lithium and, before that, Livent.

Got to handle lithium — amazingly light and versatile it can be found in many products. Proud to see such skill and innovation here in Bromborough!

Big thanks to Jackson and his mum!
