I think it’s notable that ICE isn’t conducting raids in red states, but is instead targeting deep blue states with big migrant communities that will fight back.

They want violence to justify more violence. This is fascism 101.

We should laugh at them and treat them like the cowards they are.

Both parties of the ruling class have allowed this reality to transpire. If we do not stand against this horror, it will be used against all of us.
We only know this man is in Gitmo because Noem tweeted a propaganda photo that included him and his sister saw it. He has no criminal record. He entered the US in January and immediately made an appointment with CBP to claim asylum. They sent him to a concentration camp bc of his basketball tattoo.
Venezuelan Migrant Sent to Guantánamo Bay Is ‘Not a Criminal,’ Family Pleads (Gift Article)
Luis Alberto Castillo arrived in the United States so that he could “give everything to his son,” said his sister. Then, while scrolling on TikTok, she found out he was headed to Guantánamo.

The programs that Republicans have spent decades fantasizing about destroying - basic safety net programs for workers and the elderly - also were put in place in an effort to grant social peace in the face of mass strikes and rebellion by working people.
BREAKING: The White House has rescinded an original Office of Management and Budget memo, issued on Monday, that sought to freeze multiple government-funded loans and programs, leading to confusion and panic on Tuesday and potentially affecting millions of Americans who depend on that spending.
Amid Confusion and Panic, Trump White House Rescinds Funding “Freeze” on Grants and Programs
The freeze would have affected Medicaid, grants for after-school programs, Meals on Wheels, and much more.

On day one Trump's EO said we were harmful to kids. On day two, it said we were dishonorable and disloyal. On day three, it said we were unAmerican.

Transgender people have been a part of this country for centuries.

We are not going anywhere.

Do not comply with these EOs, they are not law.

the best thing about having dealt with addiction in the past is i have no illusions about social media: it is a drug. we are all addicted. the people who deny this are rationalizing the way people with addictions do that. no shame, but that's what all this is.

alright you wanna know how to support trans people?

hire them. It's REALLY hard already for visibly trans people to get jobs, even before this shit.

Support places that have trans people working front of house, and make sure owners know that's part of why you're there.

"The feeling that nothing matters, the system is fucked, there’s no point in engaging or organizing - that is the most powerful weapon they have right now. Because that feeling stops you from opposing them. From interrupting as they reach out, yet again, to take something you love or need."
We failed to stop fascism's rise. Now it's dancing about on the White House lawn. I don't know how to fix all this but I do know that the shit we've been doing won't get us out of this one.
