It's more than just this. Hurricane, tornado, wind, and flood warnings come from the NWS, which is part of NOAA.
So, he's now defunded all government-funded weather monitoring, severe weather warnings, weather modeling (forecasts), hurricane planes and tracking, climate change research, and more.
