Many years ago when I was in my mid 20s, living on a N E Ohio organic farm, raising & showing Arabian horses, both my children had chicken pox & couldn't go outdoors to play in the snow. So I sculpted a life sized, laying down Arabian foal on our deck for them to enjoy from the patio doors.

Another Etsy sale today. An antique 1860 T. J. POPE horse hoof knife was hand forged from heavy metal. Impressed cross hatched design on handle and marked "T.J. POPE". It's heading to Texas in the morning.
I'm pleased that items I've had for so many years are finding new homes!

It's 2:06 AM. The predicted snow is finally falling and all is quiet and peaceful here on my wooded hill. Snow always seems to make everything so pure and serene. May nature sooth all the daily stress from your lives.
