cause so I've looked though a lot of your replies and I have not seen a single thing that actually suggests you thought about this at all, or even tried to comfort people about their fears about this bill.

legitimate question, what makes you think this will go over any better then the UK version of this which has
A) completely failed to block anyone from adult content
B) still has hundreds of people's personal info that will no doubt be used against them in the future by hackers or the government?

It's crazy how much I've already improved over a few months of just by picking up a pencil, watching a few YouTube videos and copying them. Checking out other amateurs really helps get me In the mood to keep going even when I'm getting frustrated with one line or the next.

Well, I'm a very amateur artist, who's mostly self taught and does mostly NSFW art. But if people are curious about how it looks when you go from not picking up a pencil in years to trying to draw at least once a day, I'm your guy.
