Just got my 1095-A tax document. Spent $20687 on premiums for 2 people! Plus co-pays, out of pocket expenses, co-insurance, & $3000 the anesthesiologist (are they in anyone’s network?) I’m fortunate we can afford to pay this; however, health care should be a human right and not a privilege!!

The fact that I had never heard of Frances Perkins is insane. We like to think that “selective history” is a byproduct of the internet era but it is steeped in the American educational system. Learn about this woman!
